hi,

every year cutoff score changes , it varies with number of applicants for any particular exam or stream of engineering, questions difficulty level, category of students etc. all india quota seats of mhtcet counselling would be fills by jee main score or mhtcet score. so at this stage it is quite difficult to predict the college just based on percentile.
