For getting admission in K J Somaiya College of Engineering, you should have passed HSC or its equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the following subjects (Chemistry/Biotechnology/ Biology/Technical Vocational subjects) and obtained at least 50% marks in the above subjects taken together. (at least 45% marks in case of Persons with Disability).
Along with that, the candidate should have appeared for MHT-CET 2020/ JEE-Mains (Paper-1) 2020 /SET-E* 2020 / SAT (Scholastic Assessment Test) Exam and should obtain a non-zero score in this qualifying examination.
So with your score you can get admission in K J Somaiya College of Engineering.
Coming to the 2nd part of your question, According to your percentile your general rank would be around 70000 and OBC rank would be around 18000. So if you belong to general or OBC category then you will not be able to get to NIT's. You can possibly get in IIIT.
