If you want admission on the basis of JEE Mains in Sinhgad college you need to qualify JEE mains first.
For qualifying JEE main you need to score at least 75% in your 12th board exams if you are a general candidate  or 65% in your 12th board exams if you are an SC/ ST candidate.
Along with this you need to secure a rank among the top 224000 students in the JEE main examination. This year percentile have been calculated using the normalisation procedure and your rank will be released according to your percentile and not your marks. Your marks are very low to even qualify for JEE Mains so I would suggest you to try for some other colleges which do not give admission on the basis of JEE Mains such as SRM, VIT etc.
