Heyy Sandipan
With 67% in PCB in class 12th you are surely eligible for neet. Neet eligibility criteria is that a candidate must score aggregate of 50% if general and 40% if obc/st/sc, in PCB/biotechnology in class 12th. As a obc candidate you are fulfilling the eligibility criteria for neet. So go ahead and prepare well for counseling.

Hey Sandipan !
You are absolutely elligible for NEET 2020.
Since you have secured the minimum aggregate of 40% in PCB for OBC quota and added to that you must pass in all subjects.
A score of 48 in English does correspond to a score greater than pass marks which clearly signifies that you are totally eligible.

Hope this helps.

Best Wishes !
