An 80.8 percentile in JEE Main would loosely translate to a rank of around 1,70,000. As far as getting admission in College of Technology, GB Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, Pantnagar, Uttarakhand is considered, general candidates with 50,000-1,00,000 rank get in through All India (Other State) quota. So considering that you are an OBC Home State candidate, you have a good chance of securing a seat here but for safe side, you should apply to other colleges as well.
