Hello Harsh !
Admission to College of Technology, GB Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, Pantnagar (Pantnagar University) for B.Tech programs is primarily based on JEE Main ranks .
Based on previous years' JEE Main Cutoff trends , closing ranks for Uttarakhand domicile candidates range from 23,798 (CSE) to 73,240 (IPE) . With 85 marks , your All India Rank (AIR) may be higher than required for top branches but could be eligible for Agricultural or Industrial & Production Engineering . 85% seats are reserved for Uttarakhand students.
Hope it helps !
