I think it is very difficult for you take admission in DU with 83% because their min is 95 % even if you have (93-95)%  you may have a chance in it. Well you can try in it if you want.

as we all know delhi university cutoff really goes high and you have not mentioned any course because we are unable to check out previous year and expected cutoff of that particular colleges , however you may have fewer to get any science course if belonging to general category.
