Vellore Institute of Technology is located in Vellore in Tamil Nadu near Chennai.It is a private institution recognized by UGC.It has four campuses in three states Vellore campus,Chennai campus,Bhopal campus and amravati campus.The entrance exam is required for engineering and MBA admission in VIT College.
You are able to join VIT even if you don't appear for VITEEE, because VITEEE is an entrance examination only for admission to B.Tech courses.If you are seeking admission in any other course like BA/B.Sc./B.Arch and some others then you don't need to appear in VITEEE.You don't need to appear for some other courses like B.A/B.com /B.sc ,you will able to get direct admission in it based on your 12th score.For B.Tech in Fashion Technology there is no need of VITEEE, you can directly apply for admission in the course through official website.
