As per your question, as you didn't mentioned your category so am considering you under general category. As per general category cutoff of this year as per NTA officials is 89 percentile. And as per you mentioned marks you are not qualified in jee honestly your chances for getting Nit or IIIT are very low.
But don't worry you can try various other private colleges as there are many colleges which you will get even you can get good colleges if you scored well in your boards. If you had given any of the other entrance exams then you can have a look on that side too. Maybe you can get good college like government college from that entrance exam.
