I give jee in 17 but that time i dont have obc cert. Now i applied & it will ready at end of december . So can i now fill my form with obc.

You are required to produce original certificate of OBC-NCL issued by the competent authority at the time of Seat Allocation Process as well as at the time of admission, failing which you will not considered for the admission.
