As per the last year's cutoff yes there is fair chances for you to get admission in RTMNU if you are from SC/OBC.However there are average chances if you are from general category as per the last year's cutoff.However since you have not mentione the caste it is quite difficult to provide accurate information.You can get your seat in second to third rounds if you are from general category.
