Based on this percentile your rank would be around 800,000. So it is possible that you may not have qualified for jee advanced.
So I would suggest you to reappear in April session and you can get some more Mark's To be eligible for advanced and counselling session of JEE.
You should score 50 + Mark's to get admission in any govt college under your reservation criteria.

10 percentile is very less so it would be veey difficult or not at all possible to get through advance.but dont loosr hopes you have abother attempt study hard and score more in that then you even have a pwd category if you score good marks defnetley you may get a seat.
