Ankit, first of all, I assume you have appeared in 12th class this year only and you have got only 74% in the 12th board which will disqualify you from both JEE Mains and JEE Advanced exam because the minimum percentage you need in 12th board exam to be eligible for JEE Mains exam is 75% and without clearing JEE Mains exam you will not be able to go for JEE Advanced exam.
Even though you have passed out the JEE Mains marks the cut-off for your OBC category but this happened because your 12th result was not declared. Next year you won't even be allowed to sit in the JEE Mains exam. There is one more thing you can check out whether you are in top 20 percentile of the students who appeared in your board examination. If it is true then you will still be eligible for further counselling and then I can tell you the colleges where you have a good chance to get admission.
Feel free to ask if you have any more queries. All the best!!
