Hello,
Neet score is only considered in courses like mbbs, bds, bhms, bams and veterinary courses. For courses like BSc nursing only your class 12th marks will be considered. You must score aggregate of 50% in PCB in class 12th to be eligible for BSc nursing course. If you get good marks in class 12th more good colleges you will get. Bsc nursing courses has nothing to do with neet score.
