• Centurion University of Technology and Management 
• Gangadhar Mehar college 
• North Orissa University 
• Apex Institute of Technology and Management 

Apart from that you should wait until the subsequent rounds of counseling. If they are left with vacant seats then you may have a chance in Utkal University or Fakir Mohan University
