Hey Amit,

Hope you are doing well. Yes you can get a CSE seat in PES Institute Of Technology through COMED-K for this rank after second round of seat allotment. Previous year, the cutoff for PESIT after second round was 45,186. This year it will decrease, but not to a much extent. With a decent rank of 10.5k, you can easily get a CSE seat in PESIT this year. I hope you got the point after reading this answer.
