Hello there,
You can get a seat in the mid to low tier NIT with lower branches as per previous year cutoff marks :

NIT Hamirpur
NIT Agartala
NIT Silchar
NIT Surat
NIT Jalandhar
NIT Raipur
NIT Arunachal Pradesh
NIT Manipur
NIT Mizoram
NIT Sikkim

You can also get a seat in IIIT with mid tier branches such as civil, Metallurgical and so on. You can also apply for colleges which accept jee main percentile for admission such as BITS, MIIT, SCIT, Amity university, Thapar university and so on.
