Bhagya, you can easily get CSE in Basaveshwar Engineering College - [BEC] - Bagalkot. This is based on your rank and previous year cutoffs. They take admission in CSE till around 18,000.

But again it depends on the number of students who appeared for the exam and as well as the difficulty of the paper.

As for their hostels:-
