It's very difficult to predict on the basis of your all india rank in jee mains because one doesn't know about the rank which will be your in your state merit list for Vasavi college of engineering. There are certain conditions which govern the cut offs like number of applicants in the counselling, number of seats in the college, previous years trends.

So, if your rank in the state merit list is upto 12-13k considering your category you would have a fair chance to get a seat in the ece branch.
