Assuming you are from the unreserved category, with 115 marks, your predicted rank is between 419-1119 in the general merit list. Your marks are  not qualifiable to get into any of the top 5 NLUs in the 1st cutoff but you can get through the ones in Assam, Jabalpur, Shimla and other private collges like UPES, Dehradun.
