As per your requirement, i would say that as mentioned above, your rank is decent enough in 5 years Integrated program but as you are not local, so you can apply through aiq counseling and not through state quota as you don't have Domicile of the state.

Getting a seat in college is depending on many factors like studenrs to seat ratio, cut off, reservation, ranking of college, etc

Cut off varies evert year as per your reservation category and no. Of students applying for the same.
