As you have mentioned that you have secured 1.1 all india rank and taking into consideration that you belong to sc category and your home state nit is mnit allahabad. It is very difficult to grab a seat in this rank.

You can hope for lower branches like biotechnology, chemical, production. If you are interested in a bit of top branches then I would recommend you to go for hbsc ,you would get higher branches like ece ,it.
