Can't predict the fee as fee structure might change every year. But for the low cut fee colleges their would private college which may also admit candidates through management quota.  Though I don’t think that any good private college would have low fee structure,there are certain private colleges which have low fee structure but I won’t recommend you that because they might have poor faculty.If you need you can see these following colleges dear:-
