With the help of previous years cutoff records for different campuses of SRM, I can give you a rough idea about the branches you can get with the rank 12161.

The branches which you might get are: Mechanical engg. in Chennai Campus, other than this you might also get ECE, EEE, EI&E in Chennai Campus and CSE in Ramapuram campus.
