The actual rank may vary depending on the total number of candidates appeared, highest score, lowest score, tie breakers and other such factors. The previous year cut off in round 3 of counselling for admission to Electrical Engineering was 8376 and for Mechanical Engineering it was 14187 to get admission in to Manipal institute of Technology, Manipal, So by this you have decent chances of getting seat in Mechanical Engineering and slim chances of getting seat in Electrical Engineering in MIT, Manipal.
