hai nikhil, its very big rank you got and i think you may or may not get the top colleges in telangana because of the competation in engineering colleges and aslo the category matters as you are from OC it became a difficult task to get in good and if you note the point i said may or may not so there is chance called luck factor it will works some time dont loose the hope go for cunceling.
