According to the category rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the top NITs as per previous year's cut-offs but yes you can go for some lower NITs like NIT Silchar, NIT Agartala and so on if you deserves their Home state quota. I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission on such ranks.
Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.
