In order to get Computer Science in KIIT, candidates need to have a rank within 5200 for a General Category student. So, with a rank of 12K, the chances are low. 

There are some other branches you have a chance of getting like Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and communication engineering and Civil Engineering. Hope this helped.
