Bhagalpur college of engineering is one of the top colleges accepting BCECE and the best in Bihar. Therefore it has a very high cut-off. With 1300 general rank, there are little chances that you may get CSE, but since you belong to EBC, there are good chances that you will get CSE, there. CSE is very less preferred by students in this college. EEE and ME are more preferred, hence cut-off for these branches is more. CSE has a low cut-off, generally.
