SRM Main campus closing rank is 10000 but the other campuses located at Ramapuram,Vadapalani have closing ranks of 65k.So, in main campus it depends on the no of students who opt for CSE.My suggestion is that SRM campuses may differ but the reputation stands the same so you will get a seat in the above mentioned campuses.

Well should I give comedk exam on 13th or attend SRM counselling on 12th?

If you go for councelling you may or may not get CSE in main campus but you will get it in any one from the other campuses.So, it's your decision now.
