Hello dear,
I hope you are doing well and good. Congratulations on performing well in NEET examination. As you scored 113 marks and 48 percentile which is not good marks. Yes offcourse you can get admission in aboard but one candition that NTA not announced the qualifying marks for the neet. If you qualify for the neet examination than only you can go to abroad.
