Yes there are high chances for that but scholarship is a bit tough than you expect.
If you are from TN, you might be eligible for the State Quota in Coimbatore. If that is the case, even a 7k rank can get you a CSE seat. If not, you'll have to get around 2k rank to get a Open Seat in CSE.
