1386 OBC rank looks fine to get admission in CS in one of the good NITs like NIT delhi, NIT Calicut, NIT surat, NIT Uttarakhand, NIT durgapur , NIT arunachal pradesh.
it would have been a little better if you provided for your CRL rank, by using which you can get list of NITs available for you:
