If you belong from a reserved category,  the cut off for you is lower than the general caste.

You also have some seat reservations. 

Also, if you have a domicile certificate, you can apply through state Quota. 

There are high chances that you will get a seat in a private dental college, in self financed seat. You may later apply for scholarship grant, based on your caste.
