Hello apsirant,
The score is very less and the chances of getting a government medical seat is much less. You may apply for counselling, some college/ state provide NRI quota like bihar, andhra pradesh, gujrat, punjab & rajasthan. Admissions take place on the basis of the marks NRI is falling under the 15% category with management quota.
You may read the article to know more about the quota and eligibility: https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=https://studyabroad.careers360.com/articles/nri-admissions-know-medical-colleges-in-india/amp&ved=2ahUKEwiJrtPgm9ziAhWEheYKHdYdBTIQFjAJegQIAhAB&usg=AOvVaw1K7dy0otlLYyuOenBferLc&cf=1
