Based upon your score in NEET 2018, and the previous year cutoff, chances are less for admission to Government Medical Colleges under All India Quota and state quota. As you have not mentioned your category, so I am assuming that you are asking for general category.

I am sorry to tell you that, as per your rank you will not get any Government Medical College in India.

Whereas you may have a chance for getting admission in deemed university, or some private college under state quota.
