165-170 is good enough to fetch you a scholarship. Your rank depnds upon the toughness of the exam, no. Of students taking part in the exam and how they perform.
But marks of 140 is a good score in AEEE. You can get a good branch in the campus. Please do search for previous year cutoff and get a rough idea.
