I'm sorry to say but you don't stand any chances for the government colleges at any state through the All India or State counselling. However, since you have cleareed the NEET cut off for your category, you have chances at the deemed universities through thre management quota. But the disadvantage of it is that you have to pay double or more of the actual fee of the college. You are also eligible for MBBS abroad, the best options in Asia are Bangladesh and Philippines. Dear Mitra, 142 is a very less score for a General Category Candidate for a seat even in a Private Medical College. So to be honest with you, these marks cant fetch you a Medical or BDS seat.

As you know admission to government medical colleges is based on NEET marks is done under two categories-All India quota(15%) and state quota(85%).
With these marks  , you might not get any government college through All India quota or state quota. You might not even get private colleges.
So I'll suggest you to go for some other courses or prepare fo NEET next year and secure better marks.
