Hope you are doing well coming to your question chances is 30 %yes and 70% no .As you have got 142 marks your predicted rank is about 35K to 40k and from last few as demand of cse is increasing day by day.Last year Cutoff of Nirma for cse is 23K.So it is difficult to predict without cutoff and result of jee main 2019.
