Congratulations for your good score in AEEE 2021.
With a score of 143/180 you can expect a rank below 1800. Cutoffs vary every year depending upon the number of candidates appeared for the exam, difficulty level of paper and seats available.
According to past records you have good chances to get a seat in Electronics and communication Engineering.

You can even try for Computer Science Engineering with this score. Even if you don't get CSE you still have option for ECE and ISE branches.
