Hello,
You have not mentioned your category. Anyways, if you belong to general category than with 3573 rank your chances of getting a college in University of Delhi are negligible because cutoffs are usually higher.
However you might get a seat through merit bases special drives
Cutoffs for special drive (6th cutoff) onwards will be released soon. So be Updated with the official du website.

Registrations are already over, so if you did not fill them you can not do anything now.
However if you filled them, just look for cutoffs you are clearing and go the respective college for admission.
