Hope you are doing good. Since you have not mentioned any category / reservation, I am assuming you belong to General Category. Therefore with a CRL of 147000 , getting into any  NITs / IIITs or good government colleges, will be very difficult.

So,  it is advisable that either you take a drop year and prepare well and nail your JEE Mains exam next year or take other college specific exams like BITSAT, VITEE, SRMJEE, etc.
