Hello,
In 2019 a candidate with rank SC rank 163 secured seat in NIT, Thiruchirapally in B.Arch under other state category and a candidate with SC rank 271 secured seat in the same under home state quota. Considering this you may get seat in NIT, Trichy irrespective of your domicile state. Cut off is however subject to change it may increase or decrease depending on previous year cut off, number of seats available, number of candidates qualified etc.
