Hello,
With 150 marks in neet, it is not possible get a management seat, with general category.
Though you may get  in deemed universities, against high fees if you belong to reserve classes.
But, the degree you will get will not worth your money, since 150 is a low score.

Hey,
Your rank is not so good so you can not get government colleges in India, only private colleges will be open for you.
So yes, you can get a seat in management quota.
Personally speaking you should work hard for 1 more year which will be beneficial for you as MBBS from a government college is a must but if you don't want to spend 1 more year than you can go through the link given below for the list of private medical colleges in India-
