I am sorry to inform you that according to me you have no chance of getting into government medical college this year. Your rank is very high and with think rank there is no chance even with state quota that you get a private college unless you are in a reserved category like SC or ST. You cannot get any of the top college with this rank.

You can definately try for paid seats is private college.Also the fees you mentioned are the minimum fees of BDS private college. MBBShas high fees around 30 lakh per year.
