Both the theory and practical marks will be considered in the seat allotment for Agriculture courses. Therefore if you have not appeared for the practicals then you might have a less chances to get into the government colleges. But don't lose your hope and keep trying through various counselling rounds. You can also start looking for private colleges on the other hand for the safe side.
