According to the rank and category mentioned by you in the question you have almost no chances of getting into any of the IITs. See there are very few seats under ST category which remains vacant for Preparatory courses so on such Preparatory rank it is not possible to get any of the IIT as per previous year's cut-off. Yes if your preparatory rank would have been under 1000 then I would produce a list of some IITs which you can get.

Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of previous year's cut-off and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.

But if you have good rank in JEE-Main then you can get good NITs also and you can predict the colleges which you can get from JEE-Main by using JEE-Main College Predictor :-
