Cut off is difficult to predict now as cut off depends in number of seats available in each branch, number of candidates applied and other such factors.And admission is based on merit in PCM/PCB and JEE Main/SAT. There are less chances of getting seat in CSE with such rank in round 1 of counselling if you belong to general category. But if you belong to any reserved category then you may get have chances of getting seat, not in first round but may be subsequent rounds if there are vacant seats
