Yeah you are in the perfect zone to take this branch but we can't assure you that definitely you will get this branch because for taking this branch a tight competition is there among the student's as well your number will come after 15k student's so may be or may not be you get CSE at vellore otherwise surely you will able to take CSE at other campuses of VIT with this much rank.
