Well with this AIR under the 15% AIQ counselling it seems difficukt for you to be able to get a seat in a government medical college.

However if during All india counselling you also try for deemed university then you might have a chance there.

You can also try for private colleges in your state during the 85% state quota counselling or private colleges in open domicile states.
